Talking to one of my mates recently, I was surprised to learn he regularly attends Andy’s Man Club. In all honestly, I knew very little about this charity until this conversation. I thought Andy’s Man Club was for blokes suffering from severe depression or those who were suicidal. My mate doesn’t fall into that category hence my initial surprise. He explained to me what the club was all about. He sometimes feels a little stressed, he has a very demanding job which takes its toll on his stress levels. He told me Andy’s Man Club is for all men, a place to help all men learn how to cope with the stresses of work, family and health. Andy’s Man Club UK is a pioneering organization dedicated to changing stereotypes by providing a safe and supportive environment for men to discuss their mental health challenges.
What Is Andy’s Man Club?
